  1. I tried almost 10 or 12 Linux distros and found out that Mint is the best

it should be offered instead of Windows on retail PCs.What is the best way to contact Dell and others and let them know about this GEM.

  2. thanx for your wonderful reply Mustaf..
let m tell you.. Dell is providing Windows with retail PCs, but its all optional, if you dont want to buy windows with your syste, you could simply cancel it from your configuration and the price would come subtracted…
moreover, if you doesnt take any of the paid OS. Dell provide you with UBUNTNTU, there is not that much difference between the two . ^_^

  3. When my laptop battery failed in the middle of booting Windows XP, XP somehow broke itself rather than trying to repair it or worse reinstall, I turned to Linux Mint and am loving it.

  4. Well Well.. as per Linux, I started with Red Hat, than went for Fedora, thn after, Ubuntu which I was loving for the best user iterface and now am on GLORIA (Linux Mint7) and for me it comes out to be the most user friendly Linux OS. I recommend it to all my readers to try it atleast once.
